A high-tech plant in Vancouver uses only one solvent -- water -- to accomplish this feat for those wanting full-flavored and full-bodied coffee, with all of the regional flavors, but virtually no caffeine. Leelanau Coffee Roasting is proud to sell this great decaf without the chemicals.
